Our Story

Hi I’m Mikaeel, My partner Petrina and I have come together to market our handcrafted perfume. I started out over fifteen years ago handcrafting soap as a hobby. Soon friends and family were asking for soap with many different fragrances. Vanilla was the most popular. Then someone asked me for a soap that smelled like fresh baked bread. This started my quest for knowledge on the world of fragrance. Making perfume in my kitchen became my new hobby.

Over the years, Petrina kept suggesting I share my passion with the world. If you know any thing about women, you know she eventually won. Hence BalancedNature.com fragrances was born. Remember, your perfume should be as unique as you. You weren’t massed produced, so your fragrance shouldn’t be either.
